Delete Your Account

You can delete your Larevio account whenever you want. Once it's gone, it's gone for good.
This is permanent. We can't bring your data back after deletion.
Delete it in the app
- Open Larevio and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Security.
- Scroll down to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Yes, delete my account.
Your account is marked for deletion straight away and provider connections are disconnected. Data owned only by your account is deleted or de-identified within the documented deletion window. Shared household records may remain available to other household members where necessary; the Privacy Policy explains this.
Can't get into the app?
Email [email protected] with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include the email address on your Larevio account. We'll confirm within 5 working days.
What we delete
- Your name and email
- Events, tasks, and reminders you added
- Family members and households you set up or joined
- Calendar and email connections
- Your notification settings
What we might keep
Anonymous stats that can't identify you, and anything we're legally required to hold onto for a while.
Deleting Larevio doesn't delete your Google or Apple account. You can remove Larevio from your connected apps in Google or Apple settings if you want.
